Build strength, control and precision as your practice progresses.

One studio. Different ways to move well.

Prack Pilates brings personalised Studio Pilates and small-group Reformer sessions together in one Kiama studio. The focus is simple: understand each movement, work with control and choose the amount of guidance that suits you.

People arrive with different experience, goals and ways they prefer to train. Some want individual attention and access to a wider range of Pilates apparatus. Others enjoy moving in a small group. Prack gives both approaches a place without turning Pilates into a performance.

The studio teaches with calm, practical instruction and close attention to the person in front of you. Your instructor slows things down when needed, finds another way to explain a movement and keeps the work focused on feeling better, moving better and enjoying life.

First-visit questions

Questions before you book?

I have not exercised for a while. Will I keep up?

You do not need to begin in a group class. Personalised Studio Pilates gives you more time to slow things down, learn the equipment and build confidence.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Just come as you are. Choose a session that gives you the level of guidance you want at your current starting point.

What is the difference between Studio Pilates and Group Reformer?

Studio Pilates can be one-to-one or a small shared session. The booking system labels the shared format as semi-private. Group Reformer classes are capped at eight and everyone follows a shared class program.
